Access to, reproduction of and use of the services of the Website requires prior acceptance of the Terms of Use in force at any given time. THE OWNER reserves the right to amend these Terms whenever deemed appropriate by publishing the new version on the Website.

It is the user’s responsibility to review the Terms of Use prior to accessing the products and services of the Website. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the Website.

Ownership

The Website constitutes a work comprising various integrated and inseparable elements (texts, illustrations, photographs, animated images, videos, software, including the website’s HTML code, etc.), the Intellectual Property rights of which belong to THE OWNER, except for materials obtained under licence from third parties.

THE OWNER and its licensors shall at all times retain the Intellectual Property rights over the Website and over the individual elements that compose it, in any copies made thereof (regardless of the medium), granting only the rights of use expressly described below.   • The sale of any of our products or services to minors. We do not sell products to individuals under 18 years of age. Products must be purchased by adults. Persons under 18 may only make purchases under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Links from websites promoting violence, discrimination, pornography or illegal activities are prohibited. Commercial linking is likewise prohibited.

Under no circumstances shall links from third-party websites imply any relationship, endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by THE OWNER, who accepts no liability whatsoever for their content or legality.

USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT

Users undertake to make appropriate use of the Website’s content and services and not to use them for:

  • Engaging in unlawful or illegal activities or those contrary to good faith and public order.

  • Disseminating racist, xenophobic, pornographic or terrorist propaganda or content infringing human rights.

  • Causing damage to THE OWNER’s, suppliers’ or third parties’ systems, introducing or spreading computer viruses or harmful systems.

  • Damaging the image or reputation of THE OWNER or third parties.

  • Infringing Intellectual Property, Industrial Property, image rights, honour or other rights.

THE OWNER reserves full discretion to decide whether contributions or messages are published and may remove them at any time.

Breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of user registration.

DELIVERY COSTS

There are no delivery charges.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery of digital services is immediate.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Customers have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw without penalty and without giving any reason.

Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, in their original packaging and seal, including all accessories. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.

Refunds (including delivery costs) will be processed within 14 calendar days of withdrawal using the same payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or proof of return is provided.

No refund will be made if the product has been used.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days.

If a product is faulty, incorrect, lost or damaged in transit, the customer may request replacement within two months of delivery. In such cases, we will assume return shipping costs.

If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference. If lower, the difference will be issued as a gift voucher.

Returns must be notified in advance via email: rufisergi@gmail.com.

Order cancellation is free of charge if the order has not yet been dispatched.

DATA PROTECTION

Personal data provided shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By using this Website, you consent to such processing and confirm that the data provided is accurate.

MODIFICATIONS

THE OWNER reserves the right to modify the Website without prior notice.

Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information, no guarantees are given regarding completeness or results obtained from use. Use of the Website is at the user’s own responsibility.

LEGAL ACTION

THE OWNER will pursue any breach of these Terms and any improper use of the Website, including infringements of Intellectual and Industrial Property rights, through all civil and criminal actions available under applicable law.
